2 pounds carrots, peeled and cut lengthwise into 2-inch pieces
8 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons Better Than Bouillon® Seasoned Vegetable Base
1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley


Prep: 10 Minutes
Cook: 15 Minutes

1. Melt the butter in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add the brown sugar, honey, and Seasoned Vegetable Base to the pan and stir until the sugar is dissolved, 1-2 minutes.

2. Add the carrots to the pan, stir to coat, and bring the mixture to a simmer. Simmer the carrots stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.

3. Remove the carrots from the heat and serve immediately.
