2 cups kosher salt
15 large cloves garlic, peeled and cut in half
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1 tablespoon basil leaves
1 tablespoon celery seeds
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon dried whole oregano
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin


Place salt in container of an electric blender; add garlic while processing at high speed. Add remaining ingredients; process until well blended. Store in airtight containers. Use in vegetables or salads.
