Flat-leafed parsley, garlic, and lemon juice come together with quick-cooking Herbed Couscous for a versatile, no-fuss side dish.
Serves 4 (serving size: 3/4 cup)

1 1/4 cups water
1 cup uncooked couscous
2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir in couscous; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Stir in parsley, butter, garlic, lemon juice, kosher salt, and pepper.
