1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 thinly sliced scallions
1 tablespoon chopped tarragon
Salt and pepper


In a large bowl, combine shrimp, mayonnaise, scallions, tarragon, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.

Serve chilled with rye crackers.
