Healthy Strawberry Yogurt Shake

3/4 cup frozen strawberries
2 tablespoon wheat germ
3 Ice Cubes
3/4 cup Low Fat or Non Fat, Plain or Sugar-free Yogurt


In a blender, combine yogurt, strawberries, wheat germ and ice cubes. Blend and serve. If too thick, you can add some water to desired consistency. (If you wish to sweeten this shake, you can add a packet of artificial sweetener.)
