Hamburger Steak Sauce

1 (12-ounce) jar prepared brown gravy or 1 1/2 cups brown beef gravy
1/2 cup catsup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in parsley.
