Habanero-Mango Mojo

Cooking Light
1 cup (serving size: 1/4 cup)

1 1/2 cups cubed peeled ripe mango
1/4 cup Chardonnay or other dry white wine
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons habanero pepper sauce


Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and process until smooth.
