Guacamole Dip

2 medium avocados, peeled and mashed
1 medium tomato, peeled and finely chopped
1 small onion, minced
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
Leaf lettuce
Tomato wedges


Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well. Cover, and chill thoroughly. Arrange on lettuce leaves, and garnish with tomato wedges. Serve with tortilla chips.
