2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Total: 10 Minutes

1. Scoop pulp from avocados; place in a small bowl. Pour juice over avocado. Sprinkle with salt; mash with a fork until almost smooth.

Tip: Place a layer of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the guacamole, and it will keep its green color.
