To add extra flavor to the fish, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle lightly with salt, black pepper, and ground cumin before grilling.

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 bananas, coarsely chopped
2 fresh jalapeno chiles, seeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
4 (6-ounce) fish steaks or fillets, grilled
