Rinse fish thoroughly in cold water; pat dry. Arrange fish in a wire grilling basket. Grill fish 5 inches from medium-hot coals 10 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove to a warm serving platter; serve with lemon wedges.
