Stir together breadcrumbs and next 3 ingredients; press onto all sides of fillet. Place fillet in a lightly greased grill basket.
Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium heat (300° to 350°) 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with a fork. Garnish, if desired.
