Sprinkle grilled corn with cheese and cayenne and serve with lime wedges for a delicious summertime appetizer or side.
Cost per Serving:
1. Heat grill to medium-high. Brush corn with oil and sprinkle with salt. Grill, turning often, until tender and charred, 5 to 7 minutes.
2. Sprinkle corn with cheese and cayenne. Serve with lime wedges.
