Grilled Chicken Breasts

6 skinned and boned chicken breasts (about 2 1/2 pounds)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper


Prep: 10 Minutes
Grill: 20 Minutes
Cool: 10 Minutes

Sprinkle chicken evenly with salt and pepper or desired seasoning.

Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) about 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until done. Cool chicken slightly; chop meat, and store in airtight containers in freezer up to 3 months.
