These quick-cooking steaks rubbed with fresh thyme and garlic and topped with a creamy sauce will delight your palate and leave you satisfied. Grill zucchini strips with the steak for a super-simple side.

2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 (4-ounce) beef tenderloin steaks (about 3/4 inch thick)

1. Prepare grill.

2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; rub herb mixture over steaks. Place steaks on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 3 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Serve with Horseradish-Walnut Sauce.
