Mixed Greens with Walnut-Fig Vinaigrette Recipe

Makes 1 1/4 cups vinaigrette

1/3 cup sherry vinegar
2 tablespoons fig preserves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup toasted walnut oil
Mixed salad greens


Prep: 5 Minutes
Whisk together first 4 ingredients. Whisk in oil in a slow, steady stream. Store in a small plastic container up to 1 week; shake before using. Serve with mixed greens.
