Green Peas With Mushrooms

2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons grated onion
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 (8-ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (10-ounce) package frozen sweet green peas
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper


Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add onion, garlic, and mushrooms, and sauté 3 to 4 minutes or until liquid evaporates. Stir in peas and remaining ingredients; cover and cook 4 minutes. Stir and cook, uncovered, 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
