2 small pumpernickel party rye bread slices
Green bean casserole
1 Shaved Parmesan cheese slices
Spread butter on 1 side of 2 bread slices. Place 1 slice, buttered side down, on wax paper; top with 1 heaping tablespoonful green bean casserole and 1 shaved Parmesan cheese slice. Top with remaining bread slice, buttered side up. Cook in a nonstick skillet over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
