1 6-inch whole-grain corn tortilla
2 ounces ground beef (90% lean)
3 grape tomatoes, halved
1 tablespoon plain fat-free Greek yogurt

Preparation

Bake tortilla on oven rack at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp. Top with cooked ground beef, grape tomatoes, and Greek yogurt.
