1 bag (10 oz) Steamfresh® Multi Grain Blend with Spinach, Tomato & Onions, cooked according to package directions and cooled
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1 jar (6 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, reserve dressing
3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
Chopped tomato

Preparation

Prep: 5 Minutes
Cook: 5 Minutes

1. Toss prepared multi-grain blend with olives, artichokes, reserved artichoke dressing and feta cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Cover and chill salad, if desired, for 1 hour before serving.

3. Serve garnished with chopped tomato.
