Fresh-picked veggies from  your garden or your local farmers' market really add flavor to homemade salsa. Offer no substitute salsa simply won't do!

1 (14 1/2-oz.) can diced tomatoes, drained
3/4 cup green peppers, diced
1/3 cup black olives, sliced
1/3 cup Spanish onion, diced
1/3 cup red onion, diced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 plum tomatoes, diced
2 green onions, sliced
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
Salt and pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; refrigerate until ready to serve.
