Bake pastry shell at 350° for 5 minutes. Set aside.
Combine sugar and next 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer 5 minutes or until smooth. Stir in chopped candy. Pour filling into prepared pastry shell. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until filling is set and pastry is golden. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
To serve, cut into 8 wedges and top each with1/2 cup ice cream and 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup. Garnish with raspberries, if desired.
