3/4 cup chopped peeled cucumber
1/2 cup minced onion
3 tablespoons chopped hot pickled banana pepper
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Juice of 1/2 lime
