Gingered Peach Fruit Soup

2 cups sliced peeled peaches
1 1/2 cups orange juice, chilled
3 (6-ounce) containers vanilla low-fat yogurt (about 2 cups)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh ginger


Prep: 11 Minutes

Place peaches and orange juice in a blender or food processor; process until smooth. Pour half of peach mixture into a bowl. Add yogurt and next 3 ingredients to peach mixture in blender; process until smooth. Pour yogurt mixture into reserved peach mixture; stir well. Serve cold.
