Gingered Beet And Spinach Salad

4 cups coarsely chopped fresh spinach
2 large oranges, peeled and sectioned
1 cup peeled and diced beet (about 2 medium)
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt

Stand: 5 Minutes

Combine spinach, orange sections, and beets in a large bowl; set aside.

Combine lime juice and remaining 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk. Pour lime juice mixture over spinach mixture, tossing well. Let stand 5 minutes.
