Ginger-Sesame Dressing

Makes 3/4 cup

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 (1 1/2-inch) piece fresh ginger, grated (about 1 tablespoon)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup canola or grapeseed oil
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil


Whisk together first 7 ingredients. Add oils, whisking to combine. Store, refrigerated, in an airtight container.
