Ginger Cream Triangles

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2/3 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon ground ginger
24 slices thin-sliced whole wheat bread


Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise at medium speed of electric mixer until smooth and fluffy. Stir in pecans and ginger, distributing evenly.

Remove crust from bread. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over 12 slices of bread. Place remaining bread slices over cream cheese mixture to make sandwiches. Cut each sandwich into 4 triangles.
