Ginger Carrots

20 medium carrots, scraped and cut into 1/4-inch slices
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger


Cook carrots in a small amount of boiling water 20 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.

Combine carrots, butter, honey, salt, cinnamon, and ginger in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring gently, until carrots are well coated and thoroughly heated.
