Garlicky Sautéed Spinach

1 tablespoon butter
1 small garlic clove, minced
1/2 (10-ounce) package fresh spinach
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, and sauté 30 seconds. Add spinach, red pepper, and lemon juice. Sauté 2 to 3 minutes or until spinach wilts.
