Garlic-Tomato Mayonnaise

1/2 cup nonfat mayonnaise
3 tablespoons no-salt-added tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons seeded, finely chopped tomato
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Combine mayonnaise, tomato sauce, and garlic; stir well. Cover and chill at least 3 hours. Stir in tomato and parsley. Store in refrigerator. Serve with steamed vegetables, or use as a sandwich spread.
