Precooked brown rice gets wonderfully crispy in the skillet--no need to microwave it first.
Serves 4 (serving size: about 1/2 cup)
1. Place oil, pepper, and garlic in a large skillet over high heat; cook 1 minute or until garlic begins to sizzle. Add rice; cook 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove pan from heat; stir in salt.
