Garlic Dressing

4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 2/3 cups vegetable oil
4 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
5 sprigs fresh parsley
4 green onions, chopped


Place 4 eggs in container of an electric blender; process 5 seconds. Add salt, mustard, vinegar, and lemon juice; process an additional 5 seconds while adding oil in a thin, steady stream. Add hard-cooked eggs, garlic, parsley, and green onion; blend well. Cover and chill thoroughly
