1/2 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

2. Arrange bread on a baking sheet. Combine butter and garlic; brush evenly over bread. Broil 1 minute or until toasted. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
