Fruited Pasta Salad

8 ounces rotini
1/2 cup fat-free honey Dijon dressing
1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped and toasted
12 ounces deli ham, smoked turkey or chicken, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
1 large orange, peeled, cut into chunks
2 green onions, sliced
2 ribs celery, sliced


Cook Rotini according to package directions. Drain, cover and set aside. In large bowl combine cooked pasta, deli meat, pineapple, oranges, celery and green onions. Add dressing; toss to coat. If desired, sprinkle with walnuts. To Toast Walnuts: Preheat oven to 375°. Spread nuts on cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Recipe provided by National Pasta Association.
