Birds Eye® Fried Rice
Elevate this dish with teriyaki shrimp and Birds Eye® Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas & Water Chestnuts.

Ingredients

2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 egg, beaten
1 bag (10 oz) Steamfresh® Chicken Flavored Rice, cooked according to package directions
1 cup Birds Eye® Baby Sweet Peas, thawed
1 cup Birds Eye® Baby Broccoli Florets, thawed
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

Preparation

Prep: 5 Minutes
Cook: 10 Minutes

1. Heat sesame oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

2. Reduce heat to MEDIUM; add egg and cook until eggs are scrambled.

3. Add rice, peas, broccoli and soy sauce and cook until heated through.

4. Garnish with shredded carrots, if desired.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with teriyaki shrimp and Birds Eye® Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas & Water Chestnuts.
