1. Heat sesame oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
2. Reduce heat to MEDIUM; add egg and cook until eggs are scrambled.
3. Add rice, peas, broccoli and soy sauce and cook until heated through.
4. Garnish with shredded carrots, if desired.
