1/4 teaspoon seedless tamarind paste
1 1/2 tablespoons water
1 ounce (2 tablespoons) Grey Goose vodka
1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) Licor 43
3 ginger slices, peeled
2 teaspoons agava nectar
2 lime wedges
Garnishes: lime wedge, orange peel, and kaffir lime leaf
Combine tamarind paste and water, stirring until well blended. Combine tamarind mixture, vodka, Licor 43, ginger slices, and agave nectar in an ice-filled shaker. Squeeze juice from 2 lime wedges into shaker. Shake well; strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish, if desired.
