Figgy Frozen Yogurt

Cool off on a hot summer day with Figgy Frozen Yogurt. Top this frozen treat with roasted pecans and caramel topping.

2 cups Greek yogurt
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup cane syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 cup mashed fresh figs
1/4 cup chopped roasted salted pecans
3 tablespoons caramel topping


Blend yogurt, cream, sugar, syrup, vanilla, and salt. Stir in mashed figs. Chill 2 hours. Freeze in a 1 1/2-qt. ice-cream maker, swirling in pecans and caramel topping the last few minutes of freezing.
