If you want a refreshing, unique brunch cocktail, look no further than the Fig & Olive. Blood oranges are in season from December to May, but you may be able to find blood orange juice year-round in the organic produce section of your local grocer.
Chop celery sprig in half; set leafy top to the side. Chop the remaining stalk finely, then muddle in a shaker.
Add olive oil, juices, simple syrup, and vodka to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well then strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Top with lemon-lime soda and garnish with remaining celery sprig.
