Fiesta Salad

Prepare Salsa Balsamic Dressing for this salad by stirring together 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette, 1/4 cup medium salsa, 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice, and 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro.

10 cup torn romaine lettuce leaves (1 large head)
1 1/2 cups chopped tomato or cherry tomato halves
2 avocados, diced
2 green onions, chopped
1 cup tortilla chips, crushed


Prep: 15 Minutes

1. Toss together first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Top with crushed tortilla chips.
