1/2 cup no-salt-added tomato sauce
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
3 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, and stir with a whisk until well-blended.
