Feta Pita Rounds

Prep: 1 minute; Cook: 2 minutes. Put the pita rounds on the grill right after you turn the tuna.

1 (6-inch) pita
Olive oil-flavored cooking spray
1/4 cup (1 ounce) finely crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano


Split pita in half lengthwise to get 2 thin rounds. Coat each half with cooking spray.

Combine feta cheese and oregano; sprinkle mixture evenly over each round. Place on grill rack coated with cooking spray, and grill 2 minutes or until crisp. Cut each half into 4 wedges.
