2 cups fresh peas
1 tablespoon fresh mint
3 tablespoons cream
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation

Steam 2 cups of fresh peas for 10 minutes (or 2 cups of frozen peas for 1 minute). Toss with 1 tablespoon fresh mint (chiffonade), 3 tablespoons cream, and 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt.
