Egg Custard Pie

3 eggs, slighty beaten
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups milk
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell


Combine eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla; beat until blended. Stir in milk, and pour into pastry shell.

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted 1 inch from edge of pie comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes.
