Cook shrimp just until they appear opaque and turn pink. Overcooked shrimp will be tough and rubbery.
4 servings (serving size: 1/4 of shrimp mixture)

3 tablespoons light butter, melted
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined


Prep: 9 Minutes
Cook: 6 Minutes
Marinate: 4 Hours

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well with a whisk. Add shrimp; toss to coat. Place in an 8-inch square baking dish. Cover and marinate 4 hours.

Microwave, uncovered, at HIGH 6 minutes or until shrimp are done, stirring after 3 minutes.
