Easy Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

1 (32-ounce) bottle catsup
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup prepared mustard
2 tablespoons shortening, melted
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons hot sauce
3/4 teaspoon liquid smoke

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl; mix well. Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to use.
