Pickapeppa sauce, vinegar infused with hot peppers, is the "devil" in this dip. You'll find it alongside hot sauce in the condiments section of your supermarket.

1/2 cup nonfat mayonnaise
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
2 teaspoons green pepper flakes
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
2 teaspoons Pickapeppa sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
Combine all ingredients; cover and chill at least 1 hour. Serve with fresh raw vegetables.
