Deep South Oven-Barbecued Ribs

6 pounds pork loin country-style ribs, cut into serving-size pieces
1 large onion, sliced
1 lemon, sliced

Preparation

Place ribs in a lightly greased shallow roasting pan. Cover and bake at 450° for 45 minutes. Drain off drippings. Place onion and lemon slices over ribs; pour Deep South Barbecue Sauce over top. Reduce heat to 350°, and continue baking , uncovered, 40 minutes or until sauce has thickened. Baste ribs with sauce frequently.
