Chef-owner James Schenk mixes this drink at Pisco Latin Lounge at Destino in San Francisco.

Makes 1 cocktail

Ingredients

+ Add To Shopping List
2 ounces Quebranta pisco
1/2 ounce lime juice
About 3 oz. ginger beer
3 drops Angostura bitters
Lime, cut into wedges

Preparation

1. In a copper mug, mix pisco and lime juice. Fill with ice and top off with ginger beer.

2. Stir briefly, then add bitters.

3. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
