Curry Mayonnaise

This dip does double duty when served both with boiled shrimp and raw vegetables.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups

1 cup regular or light mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 green onion, minced
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Garnish: sliced green onion


Prep: 10 Minutes
Chill: 30 Minutes

1. Stir together first 5 ingredients. Cover and chill 30 minutes. Garnish, if desired.
