Curried Rice

2 (10 1/2-ounce) cans chicken broth, undiluted
3 cups uncooked regular rice
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon salt


Bring chicken broth to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add rice and seasonings; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Serve hot.
